 Agave falcata

Origin:  Mexico, Chihuahua. It grows in zones of a certain altitude.

Plant Description:  Composed of 30 leaves, fleshy and of bluish gray color, that forms a rosette of about 70 cm up to 1 m of diameter. The leaves of about 55 cm in length finish in a short sting that loses quickly since the end of its leaves tends to dry.

Flowers:  Floral tube of up to 2.5 ms of height, with flowers of about 8 cm in length combining the violet with the yellow. They seem feathers seeing them from distant.

Growth:  Slow.

Culture:  Ph 6.  Full sun.  Generous irrigations in summer. It is very rustic and it supports ample periods of drought and the low temperatures as well.
